The fish in chinese called 蠑螈，It is different from lizard because it can breath in water as it has 鰓 that just as fish. Hong Kong has some local species. 花園街sometimes has them for selling. Now they are forbidden to be caught.

It's funny~~, y can take it out of the water. One important point is they are easy to keep, or like those pet I kept before, mostly die after a week...
